I have been seeing Dr Pytka for many years, she was referred to me by a work friend and she is absolutely fantastic!!!!Having a picky miniature pinscher that gets worked up with anyone new, except when it comes to Dr Pytka! She has this calming energy that he immediately responds to and her level of care, expertise and professionalism is out out this world. Every time I have come in to see herand sometimes as an emergency, her level of care no matter when I have come or what the urgency was has never changed. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for always being there for me and my doggie as he is my world and I am so thankful for having you take care of him when I fall apart with worry! The doctors and staff at Lake Bonavista are all so caring, helpful and make me and my dog feel welcome everytime we come in. Dr. O'Brien is amazing, she answers any questions or concerns with honesty and empathy while providing logical recommendations. You can tell she really cares for your pets health and doesn't push for unnessecary treatments or tests. I am so glad to be taking my dog here, highly recommend!

We have been going to Dr. Pytka for over seven years and adore her. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent and takes the time to ensure the examination is thorough and your questions are answered. You can tell she LOVES animals! The rest of the staff are friendly and efficient and I hear from friends that Dr. O'Brien is just as wonderful.

The people here really do care! We used to go to a clinic close to home but didn’t have great service so we booked in here on a recommendation from a friend and travelling 40 minutes is so worth it!Dr. Eric is so gentle with my cat and the effort she puts in to explain things to be is so thoughtful. They go the extra mile here and I fully recommend it.

Lake Bonavista animal clinic is the only place I will ever go. The staff are friendly, the doctors are absolutely amazing. I feel really fortunate to have a place like this to take my animals too. Dr Pytka has been taking care of my different animals for well over 15 years and I cannot thank her enough. Herself, Dr O'Brien and all the support staff are just a pleasure to deal with.

I would like to thank very much Dr.Erin O'Brien and the receptionist team I encountered during my first visit. I had lost hope to find a vet who really care about animals but today, it was different. I felt so heartwarming when I saw how Dr.O'Brien was treating my dog, she took time to make her comfortable, sat on the floor, and was so patient. The staff at Lake Bonavista are so caring and helpful. I feel like they not only care about my pets, they also care about me. I have never felt pushed into doing tests, but feel guided towards logical and safe choices to ensure my pets are comfortable and healthy.
